Portuguese man o' wars look like single jellyfish, but they are actually colonies of thousands of tiny animals called zooids. Each zooid has a different job, such as catching food, reproducing, or floating. None of them can survive alone. Together, they function as one giant living organism.
Scientists call this a "superorganism." It is one of the strangest examples of teamwork in nature.
