Hello there just follow the instruction para iwas tanong
First go to setting>more setting>cecular networks(mobile networks)>access point name>create new APN then enter the following
1.APN>You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
2.proxy>82.145.209.253
3.port>80
4.>save
Requirements(17.0 v)
5.open opera mini go to setting
6.advanced protocol>change socket/http to http only then enjoy
