Pain Point: Wasting hours laying out simple, repetitive text documents.
Solution: Automated Document Generation
For rigid formats like resumes or standard forms, the system automatically detects the template type. When staff hit "Generate Doc," the platform instantly injects the client's form data into a Google Doc and creates a ready-to-print PDF, skipping manual layout work entirely. Pain Point: Endless "What's the status of my order?" messages.
Solution: The Client Tracking Dashboard
Instead of flooding your inbox, clients get their own dashboard to track their order through a visual 7-stage progress bar (from Inquiry to Printing to Done). Whenever their order status changes, they immediately see a live, pinned banner update on their screen. Pain Point: Losing files in messy chat threads.
