Ants are incredibly strong for their size and can carry objects many times heavier than their own bodies. Their small size means their muscles support much less body weight compared to larger animals, allowing them to lift proportionally heavier loads. Many ant species work together to transport food that a single ant could never move alone.
They communicate using chemical signals called pheromones to coordinate their efforts. Their teamwork and strength have made ants one of the most successful insect groups on Earth.
