OG Puppy Love Stars Reunite for SAAD—A Three-Part Popcorn Horror Event That Promises Chills, Screams, and Cebuano Pride

CEBU CITY — The wait is over for longtime Puppy Love fans.

The beloved original stars Michelle Echavez, Hanna Remorosa, and Xyryl are stepping away from romance and into pure nightmare territory in SAAD, an upcoming Cebuano horror anthology that blends supernatural suspense, psychological terror, and edge-of-your-seat thrills into one cinematic experience.

Named after the Cebuano Bisaya word "Saad," meaning "Promise," the film explores how promises—whether kept, broken, or forgotten—can come back to haunt those who made them.
Designed as a fun, crowd-pleasing popcorn horror movie, SAAD is structured like Pinoy classic anthology; delivering three standalone horror episodes, each starring one of the original Puppy Love favorites.

For OG fans, the reunion is pure nostalgia.
For a new generation of viewers, it's a chance to discover three actresses taking on their darkest and most intense performances yet.
