Inaayos na ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang pagpapalabas ng subpoena sa ilang opisyal ng Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee (PHISGOC) bilang bahagi ng imbestigasyon sa umano'y unliquidated na pondo para sa 2019 Southeast Asian Games.
Tinitingnan din ng NBI ang posibilidad na ipatawag si Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano kaugnay ng kanyang naging interim chairmanship sa PHISGOC.
