Hindi pa nagsusumite sina Sen. Robin Padilla at dismissed Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Retired Maj. Gen. Mao Aplasca ng kanilang counter-affidavit para sa reklamong obstruction of justice laban sa kanila.
Kaugnay ito sa pagtakas ni Sen. Bato dela Rosa sa Senado upang hindi masilbihan ng warrant of arrest mula sa International Criminal Court.
