OS: Windows 7 64 bit
pano po ito na problema na dl kona yong DLL same problem parin pa help po please..

Pero I think ang minimum requirement OS ni Kernel32 is Windows 8.

I think missing functions nasa kernel32... try mo mag compability mode sa properties ng app mismo
