Prosekusyon, may ilalabas na witness kaugnay ng umano'y hitman

Inamin ni NBI Senior Agent John Mark Calilung na wala siyang personal na kaalaman sa umano’y hitman na binanggit ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa kontrobersyal na video.
Dahil dito, tinanong ni Senator-Judge Bam Aquino kung may ihaharap pang testigo ang prosekusyon tungkol sa nasabing hitman.
Tumugon ang prosekusyon na magpapakilala pa sila ng hiwalay na testigo ukol sa umano'y hitman sa mga susunod na pagdinig.
