Inihayag ng legal spokesperson ng House prosecution panel na si Atty. Benjamin Tolosa Jr. na ang kanilang kahilingan na maiharap si Vice President Sara Duterte bilang hostile witness ay hindi lamang para sa isyu ng grave threats kundi maaari ring sumaklaw sa iba pang articles of impeachment.
Binigyang-diin din ng House prosecution panel na ang impeachment trial ay hindi paramihan ng objections kundi patibayan ng ebidensya.
