i am really trying to understand what's the link all about...please check this out sir!

i clicked 'check' one of the servers that you are referring and this popped up....if i am going to copy and paste this proxy "fr-proxy1.serverip.co:80" onto the proxy cap config, by which proxy checker tells it is working, would it be working with proxy cap configuration? or would this proxy checker help me find out which among the proxies will work on my proxy cap configuration? sorry for throwing a lot of questions here sir but ill be so glad if you could help me sorting some things out..thanks very much
