Hindi pa napipirmahan ang mga affidavit ng ilang dating tauhan ni Zaldy Co na nakatakdang isama bilang ebidensya sa planong kasong isasampa laban kay dating Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Ayon sa Office of the Ombudsman, nabinbin ang pagpirma sa mga affidavit dahil umano sa paulit-ulit na paghingi ng extension ng kanilang legal counsel na si Atty. Levito Baligod.
