Ipinaubaya na ni Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian sa Department of Justice ang imbestigasyon sa shooting incident na naganap sa Senado noong May 13.
Umiwas na rin ang senador na magbigay ng karagdagang komento kaugnay ng pahayag ng DOJ na hindi umano under attack ang Senado sa naturang insidente.
