Hinamon ni Davao City First District Congressman Pulong Duterte si DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla na kapwa sila sumailalim sa hair follicle drug test.
Ginawa ni Congressman Pulong ang hamon matapos siyang sabihang “high” at “sabog” ni Secretary Jonvic, hinggil sa pahayag ng kongresista na mayroon na umanong ICC warrant of arrest laban kay Senator Bong Go.
