- The workspace must be in good standing, including payments.
- The workspace is not on a free trial.
- Referral promotions have not been disabled by a workspace admin.
- An eligible ᑕᕼᗩTGᑭT plan or workspace as described in the offer.
- An account, subscription, or workspace in good standing.
- Prior Codex usage or an eligible Codex usage, credit, or rate-limit event.
- A professional or matching workspace email domain, when required by the offer.
- Remaining within any referral caps, cooldowns, or redemption limits described in the offer.
- Accepting the referral through the official referral flow described in the offer.
- Using an eligible email address or account as described in the offer.
- Joining the relevant workspace, if the offer is tied to a ᑕᕼᗩTGᑭT Business workspace.
- Being new to Codex or having no recent Codex usage during the lookback period specified in the offer.
