Update: I had to try several times, and it works with a VPN to Austria. All three links work

The resolution doesn't look like true 4K, but rather upscaled from 2K. It's a shame, really, but that's how it is. Another channel, TSN, supposedly has a 4K broadcast, but it's upscaled. Yesterday, a user shared a Now 4K link, but it never worked for me. I hope someone can upload the MPD file and keys for that channel so I can run tests.

Actually they are broadcasting using HDR, so many TV which panels don't support HDR codec will make things worse. FIFA also broadcast this WC in 4K real, not upscaled. You should try NOW HK channels. FOX only 1080p upscaled to 4K, Fussball germany also.

You're right, unfortunately almost all the "4K" channels are broadcasting upscaled 2K. TRT, the Turkish channel, is broadcasting in true 2K, and the difference compared to 1080p is noticeable. Except for Now 4K, which is by far the best option, but here on the forum nobody has posted MPDs or keys. What a shame
