wag nang umasa na malakas si apn mms at kanyang ps dahil pareho silang mabagal
si apn mms - good only for sending text with pictures at maximum size of 300kb
si ps: center - not alive hostname / no ping and not event listed as a hostname

Edit: Meron din iilan na malakas daw si APN MMS at si PS Center unlike sa mga remote areas and provinces
