Prerequisites & Deployment Notes
- Clean Installation Required: Completely uninstall all previous versions of Ola TV, Kshaw, and associated launcher add-ons before installing.
- Storage Requirements: Maintain a minimum of 2GB of free internal storage. Users must manually clear cached data for both Ola TV and Kshaw via system settings, not via third-party launchers.
- Navigation: Mouse support/toggle may be required on low-end TV devices for general navigation and for selecting favorites within the Kshaw player.
- Launcher Assets: Third-party launcher data may need to be cleared to display the banner and non-banner logos properly.
Configuration & Usage Guide
General Operation
- Resource Sharing Prompt: Always select "No Thanks" on the initial popup to opt out of idle resource sharing.
- Channel Blocks: When selecting a channel block, allow the data to load completely before dismissing any popups to ensure the stream resolves correctly. Free source availability fluctuates over time.
Accessing Favorites
- Close the Ola TV application.
- Launch the Kshaw application.
- Use the Back button to dismiss the "Add Your Server" prompt.
- Navigate to the top-left menu and select Favorites.
