Just the fact that there have been quorums of 12 already invalidates a large number of arguments. If they stand true, then all of those quorum of 12 sessions should be backtracked and restudied, which they don't intend to do. Question the grounds, not the history-backed case, but they don't think that because they want the easiest arguments only.
