You get trophy points when you reach certain milestones. Like reaching 1000 reactions earns you some points - maybe like 100 or so. When you progress to 2000 reactions, they add you more points - like 200 or so.

I have the full grid with +/- 180, no duplicates!

They all work 100%.

It's because Vodafone Portugal's dash manifests don't include the KID values, so their manifests don't work on players that rely on the KID for clearkey and don't attempt don't parse the pssh or initialization files, like Kodi's inputstream.adaptive

They work with O11, as long as you are using a VPN or proxy with an EU IP address.
