Mam sad to say cap na po c queencee sa area ko manila area... kahit po c gmc145 at ibang psiphon... 30 to 50 kbps na lang po kaya nya sa downloading kahit po mag palit palit ng server. pero kay w.t. wala pong cap... UTP15 at T2 3x po promo ko... pa help naman po baka my solution po kau dyn... putol putol kasi download ko sa 150 limit ky W.T... thanks in advance po mam..
