As for Smart and for some areas it will connect with zero load if you are from VizMin only. I just did not post any tutorial for Smart because it is not responding to VPNs nationwide and other blocking issues are hard to explain.
You can use Tnt network because it will give you a better VPN capacity on QueenCee VPN V9 Gravity.

Some do have successful connection on Globe/TM but not everyone is lucky, this is why I'd like to advice that you use Tnt network because it will give you a better VPN capacity on QueenCee VPN V9 Gravity.[/Q

—Try uninstalling QueenCee VPN V9 then download and install a fresh one.

—Then reboot after installation. Launch our VPN. Be sure to input the correct entries on the VPN and on the APN too. Hit the Ok button.

—Or it can be that you just need to free you cp from other unused apps to give it enough space and ram memory to run.

*If you are still unable to launch then it is confirmed that your unit is not compatible with our particular VPN version now.
