The domain belongs to Nicaragua, so using a VPN from that country works perfectly. I was able to stream it without any issues using the free version of Urban VPN. If that’s not an option, a Costa Rican VPN should work just as well.

Like most Claro Video domains, especially in Central America, it is geoblocked
