What you'll need:

(This depends on whether you want to use Windows 10 or Windows 11. For this short tut, I'm going to use a Windows 10 IoT LTSC ISO from Massgrave.)

Ventoy:
Download the .iso version.

STEPS
- First, compress the ventoy.iso file into a .zip file.
- In your Chrome browser, open the Chrome Recovery Utility extension. Make sure your USB flash drive is plugged in. Click the settings icon, choose Use local image, then select the ventoy.zip file. Wait for the process to finish writing the image to the USB drive.
- After the process is complete, restart your device. Enter the BIOS or boot menu (the keys vary by device; mine uses F2 for the BIOS and F12 for the boot menu). Set the USB flash drive as the first boot device and disable Secure Boot. Save the changes and exit.
- You will now see the Ventoy boot menu. From there, proceed with the installation steps. Do not remove the USB flash drive yet. When it's done, boot back into ChromeOS Flex normally.
- Open your files, and you should now see two partitions on the flash drive from the Ventoy installation. Copy or move the Windows .iso file you downloaded earlier into the folder named Ventoy (not VTOYEFI ⚠).
- Restart your laptop.
- You should now see the Ventoy menu with the Windows ISO listed. Select it to start the Windows installation process.
