Pahelp naman po mga ka ph, yung computer po namin sa office di ko na mabuksan, naiwan ko po kase yun na may ginagawa po akong microsoft account and then may nagcontinue po at nilagyan ng password, wala pong naamin, pano ko po kaya mabubuksan yun ng di mabubura ang mga files. Windows 10 po yun.

If microsoft account to, go to website ng microsoft then reset password. If local account, reset na talava yan )

Thanks po sa mga reply, ginawa ko na po yung sa microsoft account, pero di daw sapat ang information ko para mabalik ang account.

1. Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
2. Turn on the computer and press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Packard Bell logo appears on the screen.
3. You should see a message that says "Please Wait" and your computer will boot to a blue screen that says "Choose an option."
4. Select Troubleshoot.
5. Click Reset this PC.
6. Pick a recovery option: Keep my files or Remove everything.
7. Click Next and follow the instructions on the screen.
