Key Features
Content & Ad Management
- Ad Blocking: Removes general and in-player video ads.
- SponsorBlock: Skips segments such as intros, outros, and sponsored content.
- Background Playback: Removes restrictions on background and "YouTube Kids" content playback.
- Viewer Discretion: Automatically accepts age-restriction dialogs (does not bypass server-side restrictions).
- Alternative Thumbnails: Integration with DeArrow API or video frame captures.
Player & UI Customization
- Swipe Controls: Configurable brightness and volume gestures.
- Seekbar Controls: Options for tap-to-seek, sliding to seek, and hiding the seekbar.
- Layout Components: Hide layout elements, action buttons, end screen cards, and player overlay buttons.
- Navigation: Customize or hide navigation buttons (e.g., Shorts).
- Branding: Change app icon, name, and header logo (Note: Branding unavailable on root/mounted installs).
- Form Factor: Toggle UI between Phone, Tablet, or Automotive layouts.
Video & Audio Settings
- Quality Control: Set default resolutions and force the advanced quality menu.
- Playback Speed: Customize available speed increments and set defaults.
- Codecs: Disable HDR or VP9; force original audio tracks.
- Spoofing: Spoof device dimensions for higher quality or spoof app version for legacy UI.
- Looping: Native video loop button support.
Shorts Integration
- Customization: Disable Shorts resuming on startup; hide specific Shorts UI components.
- Autoplay: Enable or disable automatic progression to the next Short.
- Player Redirection: Option to open Shorts in the standard video player.

Configuration & Installation
- Installation: Requires GmsCore (MicroG) to be installed prior to the Morphe APK. Log in via GmsCore for account synchronization.
- Playback Troubleshooting: If playback issues occur, enable Spoof video streams under
Settings > Morphe > Settings > Miscellaneous. - Visual Customization: Branding and header logos are managed via
Settings > Morphe > Settings > General.
