Note: This tutorial is for Iphone users!

Step 1: Create a new ICloud account on your Iphone (you can use temp number and email) personally i use smstome.com for tempnumbers & tempmailer.net for burner emails

Step 2: When your new ICloud account is created go to Settings → Apple Account → Payment And Shipping → Add Payment Method and put a virtual credit card into your account. You can use Revolut, Chime or Wise to create your virtual credit card.

Step 3: Then just redownload the apps that you want to take the free trial on and repeat this process when needed.
