If none then create: goto settings->mobile networks->Access Point Name-> Create new:

Port: 8080
Psiphon Settings:
Fq: dloadstation.com
Filter: 10.200.123.234
Remove port: Checked
Proxy type: no proxy
Custom header: user-agent:You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
Proxy server: m.globe.com.ph
Real proxy type: Inject
Real proxy server: 126.150.113.196
Port: 1080
Then save!
Go to advanced
Connect through http proxy: Checked
Use the following settings: marked
Host: 203.177.42.214
Port: 8080
Use Proxy Authentication:Check
Domain: m.globe.com.ph
press back and choose UK server or any fast server that suitable in your location then connect, Enjoy!
