H - Humble Identity
Sabi sa verse 16, "Walang aliping higit sa kanyang panginoon." Ang problema sa atin, minsan naka-graduate lang tayo o napo-promote, feeling natin exemption na tayo sa paglilinis o pagtulong. Lodi, ang identity natin ay anak ng Diyos, at ang Anak ng Diyos ay dumating para maglingkod. Your position is for service, not for status.
* Supporting Verse: “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:45)

E - Execute the Word
Verses 17: "Alam na ninyo ang mga ito; mapalad kayo kung gagawin ninyo." Dito tayo madalas sumasablay. Matalino tayo sa Bible study, pero bagsak sa "application." Ang blessing ay hindi nahuhulog sa pakikinig lang; nahuhulog ito sa pagsunod. 'Wag kang maging "Christian Hearer" lang, be a "Christian Doer."
* Supporting Verse: “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” (James 1:22)

A - Anticipate the Attacks
Sa verses 18-19, binalaan sila ni Jesus tungkol sa traydor. In life, expect the "ouch." Hindi porket servant ka ni Lord, puro petals na ang lalakaran mo. May mga taong kakain sa mesa mo pero sisiraan ka pagtalikod mo. Pero sabi ni Lord, sinasabi Ko ito bago pa mangyari para maniwala kayo. Don't let betrayal stop your mission.
* Supporting Verse: “Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you.” (1 Peter 4:12)

R - Receive the Sent
Verse 20 says, "Ang tumatanggap sa sinugo ko ay tumatanggap sa akin." Lesson dito? Be teachable. Minsan kasi, ang pride natin ang humahadlang para makinig sa mga taong sinugo ni Lord para ituwid tayo. Kapag nirespeto mo ang messenger ni Lord, nirespeto mo rin ang Lord ng messenger.
* Supporting Verse: “He who listens to you listens to me; he who rejects you rejects me.” (Luke 10:16)

T - Trust the Sovereignty
Sa dulo, pinaalala ni Jesus na Siya ang "Ako Nga" (I Am). Kahit may betrayal, kahit may hirap sa paglilingkod, kontrolado ni Lord ang sitwasyon. Hindi nagugulat ang Diyos sa mga plot twist ng buhay mo. Trust His heart even when you can't trace His hand.
* Supporting Verse: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him.” (Romans 8:28)
