PH
App Overview: one sec | app blocker, focus
one sec is a habit-interventional tool designed to reduce unconscious social media consumption. Unlike traditional blockers, it forces a breathing exercise and a moment of reflection before a user can access designated "distracting" apps. This approach aims to break the "dopamine on demand" loop and facilitate long-term behavioral changes.Core Functionality
- Automatic Intervention: Triggers a deep breath prompt upon opening selected apps.
- Habit Re-engineering: Targets the psychological root of mindless scrolling by reducing the immediate gratification of app access.
- Accessibility Service API: Utilizes this API to detect and intervene in target app launches. No personal data is collected; all processing occurs offline and on-device.
