Pa help naman po biglang nagblackscreen yung laptop ko nag lagay lang po ako usb sabay pag hugot namatay tapos blackscreen napo pero umiilaw pa po yun power nya salamat po sana may pumansin

just press hold the power button for a seconds until it shut it down and wait 5 mins. til you turn it on
