❓ Help 15mbps for a 1k plan im rural areas. Is this legal?

Need your insight on this one. For context, these so-called agents are third party kuno selling these plans with PLDT as their provider. I don't know how these things work but with 15mbps nakakaloka lang. Is this even legal per PLDT's terms and conditions? Given na rural areal kami, literally na bundok bundok talaga, I will not argue na sa 3500 installation fee. But with that pricing plan, tinalo pa ung prepaid wifi ko and with that speed sobrang hindi kaya sa work ko.

These are their plan
1k - 15mbps
1300 - 25mbps
1600 - 34mbps

Please enlightenment me.

1. Pag ang lugar nyo is wala talagang Fiber lines most likely ganyan ang presyohan.
2. If hindi sila naka business plan and then nagbebenta sila ng linya nila then its not legal per TOS.
3. Looking at that plan in my opinion sobrang lugi ka. If u can afford you may try starlink.

Not sure if naka business plan sila pero most likely kasi ang daming nagpakabit even the barangay hall. And yes, hindi fiber optic ung line nila
