Qualifications:
• Completion of 4 years Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
• At least 1 year relevant experience, preferably in any automotive dealership.
• Good communication and organizational skills

Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for generating repair referrals through coordination with offsite accredited insurance providers. Acts as a liaison between insurance providers and customers regarding Letter of Authority (LOA) processing, status, and approval.
