This is a Windows batch script that performs two main tasks:

1. Network Troubleshooting – Resets TCP/IP stack, Winsock, DNS cache, ARP cache, and optimizes TCP settings (auto-tuning & RSS).
2. System Cleanup – Force-deletes all files in Windows Prefetch and the current user's Temp folder, then recreates the Temp folder.

The script requires Administrator privileges and outputs a final message saying no reboot is needed (though one may still help). It's typically used to fix internet connectivity issues or clean up temporary system files.
