❓ Help Pldt admin access

Mga lods pano pag nakalimutan yung admin access. Pano ma access ulit? Nakalimutan ko kasi yung bago. Nag palit kasi ako nakalimutan ko mag ss.

nag inquire po ako last about pa-admin sa pldt, sabi po nila if nakalimutan yung password, di mo na yan ma recover unless pupuntahan mo sa authorized pldt branch. di na po kasi controlado ng customer service if nagpa higher admin ka about dyan. pero try mo lang ulit pa customer service through fb nila baka mahanapan pa po ng paraan.
