How do you create an apn with proxy and proxy port plus Mmsc. Wala naman.

Can you not do it on a pocket wifi? If there is can anyone help please

You cant do it. Usually APN NAME at APN lang ang options.

Do this (working for me using globe pocke wifi)
Apn name: MGC
APN: *input apn here nakalimutan ko na* lol
Then save. No need for proxy etc.
