PHi install LD Player 9 and everything works great until later my laptop freeze and i tried force shutdown. it seems like my laptop freezes when it opens up and i tried force shutdown again and the issue is temporarily gone. but when i tried to system restore it, it says not successful. but it still works. i tried other restore date and my finger print and pin suddenly not working. i cant do sergie strelec cause the bitlocker blocks everything. anyone can help me?
