Anong magandang printer for almost daily use? budget is 10k yung long lasting sana, and ayaw ko sa cartridges meron kami before but ang mahal ng ink lol. also good for printing photo if possible

issue n L3210 dito sa office namin is yung ayaw mag power on agad. need pa unplug then stretch cable tapos plug ulit bago mag on. at hindi lang isang L3210 lahat ng bagong bili na L3210 na model dito sa office is same yung problem.
