You can also use http.globe.com.ph na apn basta may proxy po kayong gumagana... I don't know if it still going to work but you can try ... Palitan lang po ninyo yung proxy and port ng alam ninyong good and working proxy and then connect. It can gain more speed... Dati ko gamit yun and ok naman for youtube and streaming until it stop hope this help
