up pag format ko ng usb ayaw na din sakin gumana

Try mo sa CMD(admin), type chkdsk E: /f /r, ipalit mo sa "E" yung actual USB drive letter, hit the enter key at hintaying matapos ang scanning process. I-close mo na si CMD(admin) kapag na-check mo na yung resulta ng Check Disk, tapos check mo na yung USB drive kung accessible na yung mga files.
