Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7 Steel Ball Run

Steel Ball Run is the seventh part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, set in the United States in 1890. It follows Johnny Joestar, a paraplegic former jockey who lost the use of his legs after a freak accident, as he enters the cross-country Steel Ball Run race from San Diego to New York City, offering a $50 million grand prize.
