Para sa inyo diba ang Desktop Support Engineer is more on
systems, software and hardware side? I got hired from a retail
banking company and it seems na yung job description ay hindi
tugma sa workload.
Kampante pa naman ako na more on troubleshooting, but it's
more on process and in digital format.
Nagtataka ako kung bat ganyan yung job description which is
ikinatuwa ko pero ngayon parang magigiveup na ako, no trainings,
onboard agad at pag may maling process GG.
Ano ba dapat?
Downside is not ρáíd ang OT at kahinaan ko talaba yung process when it comes to inventory kase sobrang strict talaga as in.
I need advise for this one please, hirap na hirap na ako, 3 days palang pero parang magigiveup at may mental issues overthinking na ako..
