In my case, I had to delete referer on url to make them work. I suppose that keeping referer, you have to use user agent as well.
At the end, using referer and user agent it's a good way to avoid the provider can detect unusual connections.

That "|referer=" after the URL only works with some players, others will think it's part of the URL and error out
