I heard about this before but never actually downloaded it. But now that pump prices are going up tomorrow because of the Iran situation, I just did.
PriceLOCQ is SEAOIL’s official app and the idea is dead simple: buy liters now at today’s price, store them in a virtual fuel tank, use them later even after prices rise. I have 45 liters of diesel sitting in mine right now and haven’t touched a pump yet.
Getting started takes five minutes. Download from the App Store, Play Store, or Huawei App Gallery, register with your Philippine mobile number, set your PIN, and you’re in. Tap “Top-Up Liter Balance,” pick your grade (Diesel, Gas 91, 95, or 97), enter how many liters you want, and pay.
RCBC Credit Card holders get up to five pesos off per liter, up to 150 liters a month, until May 15, 2026.
When you’re ready to fuel up, just tell the attendant you’re on PriceLOCQ, let them pump, open the app, tap “Scan to Pay,” scan the QR code, and confirm.
No cash, no card at the pump. You can carry up to 600 liters across all grades, VIP points earn automatically, and there’s a station finder built in.
