❓ Help My PC suddenly restart when installing apps/games

Good day po ka PHc

baka po may idea kayo kapag nag iinstall ako ng games ( to be specific is SF Legends )
sa kalagitnaan ng installation , mamamatay ang monitor and pc then mag oon ulit then mapupunta sa log in . ( seems like nagrerestart )

i encounter this issue also when im downloading or using windows creation tool para mag download ng fresh windows 10/11 OS )

sana may makatulong . Thank you in advance .

PC specs ko pala ay AMD ryzen 7 5700g
naka 16 gb ram
nvme m.2 SSD

Baka may problema na yung ssd mo. It looks like it happens whenever a big file is being written on the ssd.

hindi po kaya power supply , or nag iinit ang cpu ? btw po sir Thank you sa idea . Try ko po itroubleshoot sa ssd ko .
dati naman hindi ganito eh , since nag downgrade lang ako from win11 to win10 , i encounter this issue . kahit na nakailang reinstall ako ng os mapa win10 or win11 , issue still persist .

meron po nakalagay ng "Critical"
tas pag clinick po is

It could be the PSU. But usually sa PSU, minsan mamamatay din yung pc kahit naka idle lang. Try mong mag-clean install sa ibang ssd, then kapag nag-crash ulit, then baka nga sa PSU. Ganyan talaga mag-troubleshoot ng pc. Lahat ng possible cause tinitingnan.
