❓ Help Pcxs2 loading stuck playing RE CODE VERONICA

I’m an hour or so in RE:CV. Reached the point where Steve saves Claire from a monster, once that cutscene is over, there’s this loading screen, and as you can see from the SS, it keeps on loading or it’s stuck? I’m not sure. What could be causing this? pa help guys
