2.Aftercare provider (counselor/social worker/psychologist) : Question: “What are the most common reasons clients become inconsistent after discharge, and what warning signs do you usually see first?”
3.Family support person (parent/partner/sibling) : Question: “How do you currently support your family member after rehab, and what makes it hard to stay consistent without causing conflict?”
