How can I sell on the premium market?

Hey guys, I wanted to sell some ᑕᕼᗩTGᑭT Plus // Business accounts. It's strictly SOLO only of course (no sharing), but I can't post it yet on the premium market. Is it allowed if I post it on the 'buy, sell, and trade'?
