the same problem like with TNT Sports they starts after 30-35sec delay loading loading and then playing i'm using NørdVPN i tried to change to bom-nitro or iad-nitro same problem loading and playing with that delay

You don't need to use a VPN with these URLs, they aren't geoblocked

Try switching CDN servers by replacing "netskrt.live.pv-cdn.net/OTTB/lhr-nitro/live/" with "otte.live.fly.ww.aiv-cdn.net/lhr-nitro/live/" as your ISP might handle fastly better than netsrkt.

It looks like that extension is taking the minBufferTime="PT30S" value in the manifests and is forcing you to wait for the buffer to reach that value before playback begins.
