All of this works the same way, I suppose it's a system with different servers and different streams with some kind of load balancer to distribute the usage between them.

IPTV sites used to have a load balancer that connected you to the appropriate stream based on the number of users on each one. I suppose it's still the same.

H265's don't work on OTT Nav, problems with clearkey drm plugin. But there isn't any geoblock, at least from Spain.
